Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement & Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns to drive member onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Lead free-to-paid conversion strategies and optimize upsell and cross-sell campaigns
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver seamless member experiences and provide regular reporting to stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in driving engagement, retention, and conversion in subscription or membership-based businesses
  • Strong experience in building behavior-driven journeys and segmentation strategies
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Data-informed mindset with experience in experimentation and performance insights
  • Experience in virtual learning or professional membership environments is preferred
