Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Engagement & Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns to drive member onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Lead free-to-paid conversion strategies and optimize upsell and cross-sell campaigns
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver seamless member experiences and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in driving engagement, retention, and conversion in subscription or membership-based businesses
- Strong experience in building behavior-driven journeys and segmentation strategies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Data-informed mindset with experience in experimentation and performance insights
- Experience in virtual learning or professional membership environments is preferred
