Member Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To engage clients' employees effectively, the remote Member Engagement Manager will build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, create engaging content, and partner with stakeholders to enhance member interaction with LearnLux benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel engagement campaigns in Braze, including email, SMS, and direct mail
• Partner with Client Success to develop and present innovative member engagement strategies tailored to client needs
• Create short-form and digital content while managing the production of physical engagement materials

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community/member engagement, preferably in the benefits industry
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with clients
• Familiarity with engagement metrics and email/campaign tools
