Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Performance Coach in Field Operations Remote, United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing coaching with direct reports to improve communication and performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive performance enhancement
  • Manage team targets and metrics, taking corrective action as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in lieu of formal education
  • 5 years of Contact Center Operations experience with 3 years of Outbound experience
  • 3 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare or sales
  • Functional knowledge of call center technology and systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
