Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Member Engagement Specialist, the candidate will conduct telephonic outreach to members, providing ongoing support and connection to care as they navigate substance use disorder (SUD).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct text and telephonic outreach to engage members and provide educational overviews of service offerings
• Ensure members are connected to clinical services and incorporate recovery support themes into engagement
• Maintain performance accountability around member engagement and achieve performance targets

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an outreach role, preferably with telephonic outreach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Exceptional verbal communication and effective presentation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems is preferred
