Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members based on campaign criteria
Assist members in navigating the healthcare system and addressing health plan dissatisfiers
Complete daily call logs and participate in program improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or member engagement
High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced technical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience communicating directly with members
Continuous learning and progress toward certification is highly preferred
