Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to support expectant and new mothers enrolled in their program.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage enrolled members through outbound calls, providing education on doula services and collecting necessary information for member-doula matching
• Track doula visit completion and follow up with members to encourage continued engagement
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely communications and monitor doula match success and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of member/customer service experience
• Self-driven towards achieving goals
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Experience in environments with high outbound call volumes
• Empathy in human interaction and a desire to improve community health; maternal health experience preferred
