Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement & Communications Specialist to oversee initiatives that improve member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication initiatives ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved
  • Collaborate with business partners and vendors on various communication initiatives
  • Utilize a multi-channel communication approach and leverage market data for engagement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or related area
  • 3+ years of related experience in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer Experience
  • Experience in graphic design, HTML design, and SharePoint is preferred
  • Ability to work during Eastern or Central Time standard business hours
  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the United States, up to 10%
