Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Lead to enhance patient engagement and retention in a virtual care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured intake calls with new members to build trust and set expectations
• Proactively manage patient panels to maximize program completion and appointment attendance
• Respond to same-day cancellations to fill open slots and minimize idle clinical time

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in member engagement, patient outreach, or care coordination in a virtual care or digital health setting
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in appointment adherence and program completion
• Experience with multi-channel outreach including phone calls, SMS, and direct mail
• Proficiency in CRM and EHR platforms, with a strong preference for experience in eClinicalWorks
• Comfortable using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting data
