Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Proactively engaging health plan members, the full-time remote Member Engagement Specialist will educate patients about specialized wound care services, assess their needs, and facilitate connections to clinical care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach to health plan members and build trust through compassionate communication
• Facilitate referrals and appointments with clinical providers while documenting all outreach activities accurately
• Meet established outreach and engagement goals while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient engagement, or related fields
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
