Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of a dedicated Member Engagement function, the full-time Member Engagement Specialist will manage patient outreach, onboarding, and retention for cardiac patients, ensuring high engagement and adherence to care programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct warm intake calls with new members to build trust and set expectations for their care experience
• Proactively manage patient panels to maximize program completion and appointment attendance through personalized outreach
• Rapidly respond to cancellations and no-shows to fill open slots, minimizing idle clinical time and protecting billable visits

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in member engagement, patient outreach, or care coordination within virtual care or digital health settings
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes such as appointment adherence and program completion rates
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach methods including phone calls, SMS, and direct mail
• Proficiency with CRM and EHR platforms, with experience in eClinicalWorks and/or Customer.io being a strong plus
• Comfortable using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting engagement metrics
