Member Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Engaging and enrolling eligible health plan members, the remote Member Engagement Specialist will utilize telephonic outreach to educate members on supportive care services and maintain ongoing engagement throughout the program.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize telephonic outreach to contact members and schedule clinical assessments
- Effectively communicate service offerings and address member inquiries and objections
- Maintain performance accountability around member enrollment and achieve engagement targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in outreach, contact center, or customer service, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Strong alignment with core values related to member focus and integrity
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
