Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To build a new Member Engagement function, the full-time Member Engagement Specialist will manage patient intake, retention, and scheduling for cardiac patients, ensuring they remain engaged in their recovery programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct warm intake calls with new members to build trust and set expectations for their care experience
• Proactively manage patient engagement and adherence to maximize program completion and appointment attendance
• Respond to same-day cancellations to fill open slots and minimize idle clinical time

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in member engagement, patient outreach, or care coordination within virtual care or digital health environments
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes related to appointment adherence and program completion
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach methods, including phone calls and SMS
• Familiarity with CRM and EHR platforms, with a preference for eClinicalWorks and Customer.io
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large patient panel effectively
