Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist for their Field Operations Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact eligible patients to explain the benefits of the Kidney Health Management (KHM) Program and enroll them
  • Follow approved scripts, address resistance persuasively, and provide professional and positive customer service
  • Receive inbound calls from self-referral members and report complaints and escalations to the Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of call center experience in a healthcare environment
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology and experience with EMR systems desired
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
