Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist in Field Operations Remote, United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact eligible patients to explain the benefits of the Kidney Health Management (KHM) Program and enroll them
• Follow approved scripts, address resistance persuasively, and provide professional customer service
• Meet department goals, report member complaints, and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of call center experience in a healthcare environment
• Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology and experience with EMR systems desired
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
