A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist in Field Operations Remote, United States.
- Contact eligible patients to explain the benefits of the Kidney Health Management (KHM) Program and enroll them
- Follow approved scripts, address resistance persuasively, and provide professional customer service
- Meet department goals, report member complaints, and perform other assigned duties
- 2+ years of call center experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and experience with EMR systems desired
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
