Job Summary
Leading the Member Engagement team, the full-time salaried Member Engagement Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage performance, and ensure high-quality member interactions while working remotely from Cleveland or Akron, Ohio.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the Member Engagement Lead and Specialists, conducting regular performance meetings and providing coaching
- Monitor engagement metrics and call quality, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and health plan requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member engagement outcomes and assist with market launches
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, contact center, member engagement, or customer service leadership
- At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience
- Proven ability to coach employees and manage performance effectively
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM or engagement platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
