Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all processes related to membership, including eligibility EDI, online enrollment, and manual requests
• Collaborate with external clients on their submissions to provide education and ensure standards are met
• Research and resolve membership issues through professional interaction with appropriate contacts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 2 years related EDI or Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA 834 transaction a plus
• Specific knowledge of enrollment processes in a commercial, Medicaid, or Medicare Health Plan/TPA organization
• Working knowledge of FTP
