Job Summary

Managing enrollment processes for Commercial and Individual Plans, the full-time Member Enrollment Manager will implement and oversee activities related to web, paper, and electronic enrollment, ensuring high customer satisfaction while working remotely in Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement enrollment activities and group setup processes
• Oversee daily workflow, staff development, and quality assurance for the enrollment team
• Ensure compliance with plan policies and procedures to maintain customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in Healthcare or Information System Support
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a commitment to obtain one within 5 years if not currently held
• Knowledge of 834 eligibility files is highly preferred
• Experience with enrollment reconciliation and discrepancy resolution preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce, QNXT, or any claims platform preferred
