Job Summary
Processing member enrollments remotely, the full-time Member Enrollment Representative will manage data entry, ensure compliance with regulations, and respond to member inquiries while maintaining accurate records in the enrollment system.
Key responsibilities
- Process new member enrollments and ensure all required documents are accurately completed
- Maintain comprehensive records of member enrollment activities and communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member enrollment experience
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role required
- 2-3 years of experience in member enrollment or a related role in the health insurance industry preferred
- Experience with QNXT is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of member enrollment processes and compliance requirements
