Job Summary

Processing member enrollments remotely, the full-time Member Enrollment Representative will manage data entry, ensure compliance with regulations, and respond to member inquiries while maintaining accurate records in the enrollment system.

Key responsibilities
  • Process new member enrollments and ensure all required documents are accurately completed
  • Maintain comprehensive records of member enrollment activities and communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member enrollment experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role required
  • 2-3 years of experience in member enrollment or a related role in the health insurance industry preferred
  • Experience with QNXT is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of member enrollment processes and compliance requirements
