Member Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist to assist prospective members with program enrollment and app usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective members via phone to introduce and explain the program
• Assist members with downloading and using the app for enrollment
• Conduct feedback outreach to ensure member voices are heard

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile technology
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high degree of professionalism
• Empathetic and patient, especially when assisting individuals with chronic diseases
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
