Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist who will engage with eligible members to facilitate their enrollment in health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume telephonic outreach to introduce eligible members to the care model and services
• Execute a warm handoff to Community Guides after enrolling members, ensuring seamless transitions into ongoing care
• Utilize technology to document member interactions and manage outreach activities effectively

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement
• Proven ability to build rapport and communicate empathetically over the phone
• Strong goal orientation with a history of meeting outreach or enrollment targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and relevant software applications
