Member Experience Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high volume outreach to new and existing members for increased enrollment and program completion rates
• Actively conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily
• Enroll 25% or more of all connected leads and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
• Experience working with CRMs and Customer Services tools
• Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to quickly absorb new information
• Experience in roles with direct daily interactions with older adults is a plus
