Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused support via phone, email, and SMS
- Handle high call volumes with professionalism and empathy
- Run insurance eligibility and benefits verification and explain coverage details to members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare support roles
- Experience managing high inbound call volumes in a clinic or practice setting
- Familiarity with insurance eligibility checks and benefits verification
- Experience in collecting payments and scheduling patients
- Proficient in working with EMRs/EHRs and coordinating across providers and patients
