Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare support roles
  • Experience managing high inbound call volumes in a clinic or practice setting
  • Familiarity with insurance eligibility checks and benefits verification
  • Experience in collecting payments and scheduling patients
  • Proficient in working with EMRs/EHRs and coordinating across providers and patients
