Job Summary

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist members with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer experience best practices
