Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Coordinator to provide administrative and member service support to collegiate chapters, members, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine check-ins on chapter operations and follow up with collegiate chapter officers and volunteers
  • Provide administrative support for annual initiatives and maintain accurate collegiate chapter files
  • Assist chapters with financial record maintenance and process membership resignation requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in non-profit, educational, or administrative functions
  • Understanding of higher education and experience working with college students
  • Fraternity or sorority membership preferred
  • Familiarity with membership databases and learning management systems
  • Willingness to travel periodically for in-person meetings as directed
