Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns and enhance member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and execution of marketing campaigns for initiatives such as newsletters and product launches
  • Develop and analyze A/B tests to improve retention KPIs and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent member communications and experience
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing with knowledge of CRM programs and ESPs
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn business goals into actionable plans
  • Experience with data visualization tools and creative planning tools
  • At least a college degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Passion for the pet industry and subscription-based businesses is a plus
