Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Experience Representative who will provide exceptional member service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services
- Provide exceptional member service through calls, chats, and secured messaging while educating members on digital self-service options
- Resolve member issues, process transactions accurately, and ensure compliance with credit union policies
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; work-related experience or related college degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution
- Knowledge of credit union products, services, and applicable regulations
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and Symitar for Windows (Episys)
