Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Representative who will provide exceptional member service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services
  • Provide exceptional member service through calls, chats, and secured messaging while educating members on digital self-service options
  • Resolve member issues, process transactions accurately, and ensure compliance with credit union policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent; work-related experience or related college degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution
  • Knowledge of credit union products, services, and applicable regulations
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and Symitar for Windows (Episys)
