Job Summary

Providing exceptional member service remotely, the full-time temporary Member Experience Representative will build relationships with members, assist with inquiries regarding accounts and digital services, and promote credit union products and services.

Key responsibilities
  • Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services
  • Provide exceptional member service through various communication channels, focusing on educating members on digital self-serve options
  • Accurately process member transactions and resolve issues related to accounts and digital services in a timely manner
Required qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent; work-related experience or related college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or a related field
  • Knowledge of credit union products, services, and applicable regulations
  • Effective communication skills across all audience levels
  • Familiarity with MS Office products and Symitar for Windows (Episys)
