Job Summary
As a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction, the Member Experience Representative will arrange non-emergency medical transportation while working remotely, with both full-time and part-time shifts available, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls to assess transportation needs and provide assistance
- Interact with clients and transportation providers through phone and software applications, ensuring accurate data entry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise outside of standard procedures
Required qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic software and web knowledge with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Reliability and adherence to assigned schedules while working remotely
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
