Job Summary
Supporting various lines of business, the full-time Member Experience Representative will address member inquiries related to benefits, claims, and authorizations, while working remotely or onsite in Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Respond professionally to incoming calls regarding health plan inquiries, benefits, and claims
- Utilize active listening and effective questioning techniques to achieve first-call resolution
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong desire to help others
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Medical terminology background is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems and multi-screen setups
