Job Summary

Supporting various lines of business, the full-time Member Experience Representative will address member inquiries related to benefits, claims, and authorizations, while working remotely or onsite in Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to incoming calls regarding health plan inquiries, benefits, and claims
  • Utilize active listening and effective questioning techniques to achieve first-call resolution
  • Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong desire to help others
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Medical terminology background is a plus
  • Ability to work with multiple computer systems and multi-screen setups
