Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist (Physician Facing Team).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact physician offices to request and follow up on medical records for patient eligibility
  • Communicate with patients to verify information and guide them through the intake process
  • Submit and track internal referral requests to physicians for eligibility determination
Required Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or healthcare coordination experience; telehealth or referral management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and track numerous patient cases simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills for interaction with physicians, clinical staff, and patients
