Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist (Physician Facing Team).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact physician offices to request and follow up on medical records for patient eligibility
- Communicate with patients to verify information and guide them through the intake process
- Submit and track internal referral requests to physicians for eligibility determination
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative or healthcare coordination experience; telehealth or referral management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and track numerous patient cases simultaneously
- Professional communication skills for interaction with physicians, clinical staff, and patients
