Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist (Tues-Sat).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-energy, professional, and empathetic support to members via phone, email, and Zoom
- Guide members through virtual onboarding and troubleshoot app issues in real-time
- Maintain follow-up communication with members regarding their account status and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing support role within financial services
- 2+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor, Broker/Dealer, or Wirehouse
- Ability to build rapport quickly and ease members through complex processes
- Comfortable using screen-sharing tools and help desk software
- Self-starter with accountability and a member-first mindset
