Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences for members in their Med+ program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to members via chat
- Resolve member issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and following established processes
- Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support, member services, or operations
- Comfortable working with multiple tools and systems simultaneously
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to receive and apply feedback to continuously improve
