Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist responsible for delivering excellent member experiences in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess caller needs and provide information on membership, products, and services
  • Handle complex member requests across multiple workgroups and process financial transactions
  • Proactively engage members in Credit Union products and services, promoting financial satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of call center experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications
  • Proficient in basic applications in a Windows-based environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of member and organizational information
