Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist responsible for delivering excellent member experiences in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess caller needs and provide information on membership, products, and services
- Handle complex member requests across multiple workgroups and process financial transactions
- Proactively engage members in Credit Union products and services, promoting financial satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of call center experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications
- Proficient in basic applications in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of member and organizational information
