A company is looking for a Member Incentives Strategy & Operations Manager to support and scale its LiveHealthy Rewards program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner cross-functionally to maximize the value of rewards programs through data-driven execution
  • Analyze and refine the rewards structure to promote high-value health behaviors
  • Identify and resolve friction points in the member experience related to rewards
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in consulting, BizOps, or a strategy/operations role
  • Strong structured thinking and clear communication skills
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans
  • Experience working with data to inform decisions
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence without formal authority
