A company is looking for a Member Incentives Strategy & Operations Manager to support and scale its LiveHealthy Rewards program.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally to maximize the value of rewards programs through data-driven execution
- Analyze and refine the rewards structure to promote high-value health behaviors
- Identify and resolve friction points in the member experience related to rewards
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in consulting, BizOps, or a strategy/operations role
- Strong structured thinking and clear communication skills
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Experience working with data to inform decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence without formal authority
