Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Intake Coordinator will engage in high-volume outbound outreach, making 80-100+ daily contact points via phone, SMS, and email to guide members through the intake process while building trust and articulating the value of care transition to Leap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily outreach to connect with members and gather required intake information
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of treatment appointments, ensuring comprehensive handoffs to the Care team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track follow-ups to uphold member privacy and care continuity
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound or client-facing role such as patient outreach or customer support
  • Proven ability to sustain 80-100+ daily outreach activities while managing multiple open cases
  • Persuasive and empathetic communication skills with a strategic approach to outreach
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM and outreach tools
  • Available to work from 10am-6pm Pacific Time
