  • Delivering white glove service to institutional clients during onboarding and account management
  • Managing client inquiries, transactions, and anticipating client needs
  • Supporting client interactions across teams and refining processes

Required Qualifications:
  • General understanding of anti-money laundering concepts
  • Basic knowledge of institutional client onboarding and crypto
  • Experience in addressing customer questions and challenges
  • Desire to learn and improve knowledge in the field
  • Experience in traditional financial services industry (bonus)
