Job Summary
Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - MedTech Strategy will provide strategic guidance and industry insight to support the growth of Healthcare Shares' venture capital, venture studio, and healthcare entrepreneurship community in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and investment focus
- Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support
- Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors including digital health, biotech, and healthcare operations
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
- Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience
- Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic and practical guidance to healthcare startups
- Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
