Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Onboarding Associate to facilitate a seamless transition for members using their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by gathering necessary information for member onboarding
• Manage member inquiries through calls, emails, or chats within established turnaround times
• Document all communication and ensure a smooth handoff to the Member Care Services team

Required Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Understanding of Worker's Compensation Claims Process and medical terminology
• Ability to educate members on the benefits of their membership
• Exceptional computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
• Multi-lingual abilities, preferably fluent in Spanish
