Job Summary

To create a positive first impression for members, the remote Member Onboarding Specialist will manage inquiries, guide new members through the onboarding process, and ensure a seamless transition into using the service, all while working part-time in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Gather necessary information to facilitate first-time use at pharmacies or provider offices
  • Manage member inquiries via calls, emails, or chats, ensuring timely responses within 24-48 hours
  • Document all communications and hand off fully onboarded members to the Member Care Services team
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 0-2 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or related industries
  • Understanding of the Worker's Compensation Claims Process
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in a language other than English, preferably Spanish
