Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency of the Member Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize workflows for the Member Experience team
  • Build and maintain systems to document and track the Member journey
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy & operations leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth start-up
  • Prior education or experience in the health, wellness, and medical space preferred
  • Strong understanding of Member Operations with a focus on implementation and process improvement
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Expertise in optimizing the member journey and operational projects
