Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Operations Manager to lead and scale their Care Navigators team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire a growing global team of Care Navigators to meet SLAs and member expectations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance speed, conversion, and quality
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and manage performance plans to foster professional development
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience leading large support, service, or clinical operations teams, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record in managing high-volume operations with strong SLA accountability
- Data-driven leadership style with a focus on coaching and consistency
- Experience in running retrospectives and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as prior authorizations or scheduling is a bonus
