Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Operations Manager to lead and scale their Care Navigators team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a growing global team of Care Navigators to meet SLAs and member expectations

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading large support, service, or clinical operations teams, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume operations with strong SLA accountability
  • Data-driven leadership style with a focus on coaching and consistency
  • Experience in running retrospectives and process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as prior authorizations or scheduling is a bonus
