Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, customer support, or related functions
- Investigative mindset with the ability to analyze ambiguous problems
- Strong written communication skills for clear and actionable documentation
- Experience with process ownership and improvement
- Proficiency with Jira and Notion for ticket management and documentation
