Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve escalations, identifying root causes and driving resolutions
  • Identify systemic issues by spotting patterns and aggregating reports in real time
  • Maintain and optimize Help Center content and build/improve operational processes


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, customer support, or related functions
  • Investigative mindset with the ability to analyze ambiguous problems
  • Strong written communication skills for clear and actionable documentation
  • Experience with process ownership and improvement
  • Proficiency with Jira and Notion for ticket management and documentation
