Member Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the operational backbone of a specialist online menopause clinic, the full-time remote Member Operations Specialist will manage clinician scheduling, respond to member inquiries, and oversee clinical governance and compliance workflows across multiple healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily clinic operations, including clinician scheduling and appointment triage
• Triage and respond to member queries across various communication platforms
• Own clinical governance and compliance workflows, including clinical safety reporting and credentialing

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical operations, virtual care, or healthcare member support
• Working knowledge of the US healthcare system
• Strong attention to detail with a drive for process improvement
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport in a virtual setting
