Member Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist (Outbound Call Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to activate and engage members in various health programs and campaigns
• Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up calls
• Utilize exceptional customer service skills and motivational interviewing techniques to encourage member participation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or college degree preferred
• Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, telemarketing, account management, or sales required
• One year of call center experience required
• Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, required
• Must pass a Criminal Records check upon hire and every three years thereafter
