Job Summary

- Conduct 70+ outbound calls/SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings
- Utilize data and technology to assess member needs, resolve inquiries, and schedule medical appointments
- Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accurate system documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role, preferably in healthcare
- Proven success in fast-paced environments with strong time management skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to de-escalate situations
- Proficient in digital platforms and internal systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
