Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 70+ outbound calls/SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings
• Utilize data and technology to assess member needs, resolve inquiries, and schedule medical appointments
• Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accurate system documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role, preferably in healthcare
• Proven success in fast-paced environments with strong time management skills
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to de-escalate situations
• Proficient in digital platforms and internal systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
