Job Summary

Connecting members, including military personnel and their families, with life insurance and retirement income solutions, the part-time Member Outreach Specialist will engage in outbound calls, assess eligibility, and transfer qualified individuals to licensed agents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete outbound calls to current members to establish rapport and gather key information
• Follow a scripted call flow to ensure accurate pre-qualification and transfer interested callers to agents
• Document call details and maintain compliance with scripts and regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling in a structured environment
• Ability to follow detailed scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone
• Basic sales mindset with skills in identifying interest and guiding conversations
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and call documentation
• Must have a personal computer and a reliable wired internet connection
