Job Summary

Providing strategic guidance to member colleges and universities, the full-time remote Member Relations Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned institutions, advising on best practices and ensuring a smooth application experience throughout the year.

Key responsibilities
  • Advise assigned member colleges on utilizing Common App to achieve their strategic goals
  • Share industry trends, member-specific statistics, and best practices to enhance member experience
  • Manage a portfolio of institutions, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the application year
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of customer/member service experience, preferably in higher education
  • Willingness to travel for twice annual retreats
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and familiarity with Salesforce and Acuity Scheduling
  • Ability to present information effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
