Member Relations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Relations Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate members and providers about the health plan to ensure member retention and satisfaction
• Respond to member inquiries and assist with eligibility, benefits questions, and demographic updates
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or 3 years of equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is preferred; managed care experience is a plus
• Basic typing and computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable
• Bilingual skills are a plus
