Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Relations Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate members and providers about the plan to ensure member retention and high customer service levels
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely follow-up and assistance with eligibility and benefits inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or 3 years of equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 1+ years of call center or face-to-face customer service experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience is preferred; managed care experience is a plus
  • Basic typing and computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
