Member Relations Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Relations Sr Associate, Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor membership workflows and ensure timely responses to member inquiries
• Track and analyze renewals and associated KPIs
• Act as a liaison between members and internal teams, sharing feedback to influence operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles
• At least 1 year of process or project management experience
• General understanding of the luxury market and experience with high net worth individuals
• Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment
